Clubhouse Reservation Request

Service Description

The Lynton Place clubhouse is available only for residents of Abbotts Gate, Becton Park, Devonshire Court and Pritchard Place II. After this reservation form has been submitted, you will be contacted to confirm the reservation date. A date to complete the walk through and sign the rental agreement must be made prior to the rental. You will need to provide photo identification, the rental fee and rental deposit. The clubhouse rental may be paid by money order or cashiers check. The deposit may be paid by money order or cashiers check when the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement must be signed at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
